In honor of Jenny Nelson-Reynolds

Jenny was a member of the auto/towing industry for 20 years.  She had a heart for helping those in need. She was always ready with a hug and a loving smile… anything she could do to make someone’s life a little brighter. Her passion for helping others meant you could find her volunteering at Burnside Gospel Mission, Oregon Food Bank, and often at the local animal shelter. 

Upon Jenny’s passing, her family wanted to find a way to continue her legacy of charity work and caring for other people. Inspired by the work of the Gifted Wishes, they suggested a program geared towards the donation of vehicles as a means of further supporting our work.

Jenny’s compassion and desire to help people lives on through the donation of cars from tow companies and private donors.

Gifted Wishes & The Pixie Project:  ​Perfect Partners!

For many hospice patients, their four-legged kid is a huge source of comfort and companionship.  Through our Gifted Wishes, we have helped provide medical care and financial support for the beloved pets of hospice patients.  Now with our new partnership with The Pixie Project and your monthly recurring donation, we will be able to help more families stay together!  Working with the Pixie Project, a nonprofit pet rescue, we are able to provide more surgeries, medications, spay and neuter, shots, flea meds, dental care, and assessment for placement, if needed.  The Pixie Project is a non-profit animal adoption center and rescue which offers a variety of veterinarian services for homeless and low-income people. 

For many patients in hospice care, the support of their beloved pet is a lifeline:  one they cannot risk losing.  YOU can share the love and help hospice patients keep their pets, by donating to our Gifted Wishes program.  ​
